Laura Strunk has been a licensed Realtor and helping families with their real estate needs since 2004. Laura originally started her career in the state of Maryland. In 2017 Laura had the opportunity to move back home to Massachusetts and reside on Cape Cod to be closer to her parents and immediately began building her real estate career on Cape Cod.
Laura takes an educational approach to working with buyers and sellers. She believes her role is to provide knowledge from her experience to help clients make decisions that are in their best interest.
On a personal level Laura and her husband Bruce love living on Cape Cod and taking advantage of the lifestyle it provides. Laura and Bruce have two sons. Connor, their oldest, is living his best life in Puerto Rico and Logan, their youngest, is in high school at Barnstable and is highly involved in sports. Bruce is a local teacher at Nauset High School and Football coach at Barnstable High School. Their family loves spending time walking and exploring with their two dogs as well as spending time on the beach.
HER ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS PHENOMENAL. SHE EVEN HELPED US FIND VARIOUS TRADES AND REPAIR FOLKS THAT WE NEEDED, UNRELATED TO THE PROPERTY PURCHASE (AND KNOWS ALL THE BEST SWIMMING AND CRABBING SPOTS FOR OUR GRANDSONS!). WOULD USE HER AGAIN WITHOUT QUESTION
How often does one buy a house? Not very often. How often does one buy a vacation house - on CAPE COD? Maybe once in a lifetime. It is with that as context that I say that I could not have been more pleased with working with Laura Strunk. Over many, many months she worked with us on finding a Cape house that met our family needs. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. She even helped us find various trades and repair folks that we needed, unrelated to the property purchase (and knows all the best swimming and crabbing spots for our grandsons!). Would use her again without question.

We connected with Laura to put in an offer on a house in Brewster that we found on line. She responded immediately, arranged a video walk through for us and helped us put in an offer, all in less than a week while we were on vacation in a different time zone. We did not get that house (we had a contingency on beach access that the seller did not like) and she worked with us for several months to help us find a place that fit our list of "must haves" and most of our "would likes". The whole time we were in PA and she was showing us places with virtual walk throughs! She was practical and quick to help us evaluate pros and cons. She has also been a help connecting us with post closing needs (lock smiths, utility providers, trash disposal options, landscapers, etc). I feel like we have another friend on the Cape! Her team was also great arranging the closing logistics. We are happy to recommend her.
