Ocean Edge Golf COurse

This 6,665-yard Nicklaus design Ocean Edge golf course in Brewster is one of Cape Cod’s best and nicest. With its 64 Scottish-style pot bunkers and five fresh-water ponds it has earned the reputation as one of New England’s most challenging layouts. This course was completely redesigned in 2008 to become one of the top courses on Cape Cod.

The tees, greens and fairways provide a superior playing surface. You don’t have to be a touring pro to appreciate the beauty and challenge of the Ocean Edge Golf Course in Brewster. The clubhouse features a pro shop, locker rooms, fitness room, meeting room and a restaurant. The shop offers a wide selection of golf apparel for men and women.

5 Outdoor Pools & 2 Indoor Pools

Throughout the resort are 5 outdoor pools, which will allow you to cool off on a beautiful Cape Cod summer day. If you enjoy swimming year round, 2 indoor pools will give you plenty of opportunity to swim some laps or just relax in the hot tub. No other location in Brewster will offer you all of that.

Fletcher Indoor & Outdoor Pool

Located near the tennis courts, the Fletcher swimming pool complex offers an Olympic-size indoor and outdoor pool along with a child wading pool and changing rooms. For further enjoyment and relaxation you’ll also find a hot tub and sauna.

Arbor Outdoor Pool

The Arbor Pool area is located across the street from the Golf Pro Shop. It is the largest outdoor pool and also has a Kiddie Pool and Snack Bar. In the summer it features music and movies at night.

Sports Club Outdoor Pool

Part of the member sports club, this pool allows you to chill out after your cardio workout.

Bayside Outdoor Pool

The Hotel/Club membership pool located on the Bayside of Ocean Edge is great for a quick cool off on a sunny Cape Cod summer day.

Bayside Indoor Pool

It is open year round and perfect for some morning or evening laps to stay on top of your fitness regimen.

Association Outdoor Pool

The Bayside Association swimming pool provides a great alternative to the ocean water and invites you to relax.

On the bayside of Ocean Edge in Brewster you’ll find 2 private beaches. Here you can enjoy expansive sunsets over Cape Cod Bay spanning from Boston to Provincetown.

Walk along the sandy shores or explore the wading pools. Swim out past the aqua shallows into the salty depths. When you are sitting on the beach with the salty smell in the air, you will agree that this is what Cape Cod is all about.

As a member of the Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club in Brewster you can play with the sun on your back and the salt in the air as the cool ocean breeze blows gently across your serve. The feeling of precision and power falls hand in hand as your racquet makes contact.

Fletcher Indoor & Outdoor Pool

Located near the Pro Shop, the Fletcher Tennis complex features four Plexipave hard courts that will maximize the speed of your game.

Bay Pines Tennis Center

The Bay Pines Tennis Center of Ocean Edge features five Har-Tru courts along with a Pro Shop.

Association Tennis

Located on the bayside you can continue to improve your game on the two association courts.

Ocean Edge has three locations that allow you to keep in shape and stay on top of your workout routine before enjoying a beautiful day on Cape Cod. A variety of fitness classes are also available.

Sports Club

Located at the north entrance of the village side, you’ll find this modern Ocean Edge fitness center. It also features a well maintained heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi.

The Villages Cardio Room

Next to the Fletcher tennis courts, the Villages Cardio Room offers free weights, cardiovascular machines such as treadmills, step climbers and a bench.

Bayside Fitness Center

The Bayside fitness center features a wide range of cardio machines all equipped with Cardio Theatre, free weights and stretching areas.

At Ocean Edge in Brewster you don’t have to go far to experience some fine dining or keep it casual and just grab a drink with friends.

Ocean Terrace

This restaurant is known for its fine New England cuisine with a European flair. Enjoy a spectacular sunset over Cape Cod Bay from the outdoor bar and dining areas adjacent to the Nickerson Mansion.

Beach Bar

Great cocktails and amazing views from the Beach Bar sitting atop the dunes and overlooking the ocean.

Linx Tavern

Enjoy your meal at this casual and al fresco dining, while you overlook the golf course.

Bayzo’s Pub

This bar offers the ambiance of an English tavern. Billiards, wide screen TV and live music on weekends are offered for your entertainment.

After a sunny Cape Cod beach day, practice your game on the outdoor basketball & volleyball courts or have some fun with your kids on the swings and slides at the playground.

The Cape Cod Rail Trail is one of the best ways to enjoy the sights, the sounds and the smell of salt air while bicycling on Cape Cod.

Built on a former railroad bed, the 22 mile Cape Cod Rail Trail abuts the golf course side of Ocean Edge. The rail trail connects to the bike trails at nearby Nickerson State Park, where you can stop for a swim at one of the ponds. Begin your biking adventure by renting bikes from any of the two locations within Ocean Edge in Brewster. One is located at Britterige Village at the north entrance of the Ocean Edge village side. The other one is near the Bay Pines Tennis Shop on the bayside of Ocean Edge. Beautiful Blueberry Pond is located on the village side of Ocean Edge.

The 25 acres Blueberry Pond can be accessed right here from the village side of Ocean Edge. You can rent a kayak or stand up paddle board from Ocean Edge and have some fun on this scenic Brewster kettle pond on Cape Cod. It’s a great opportunity for the whole family to get some exercise and enjoy nature.
